The Arabic language is quite sensitive to Revelation. To any Revelation, not just to the one that descended upon Prophet Muhammad. This can be proven by simply choosing a text which we know has been originally written in another language, for example, in Greek. If we compare the Spanish translation with the Arabic one, we won´t be able to conceal the fact that a different kind of deepness opens inside our hearts. The Arabic language has the ability of evoking things which enrich or, when necessary, redirect the text towards other meanings. For the purpose of this exercise of exegesis let´s take the passage of John, 1:1-5.
