Implicancias de una filosofía teocosmocéntrica en el entorno jurídico-espacial

Abstract

The article ponders on a necessary evolution of Christian Philosophy whose speculative method must ensure receptivity to scientific advances under adequacy to the dogmas of faith. It proposes a «theo-cosmo-centrism» as a philosophical-gravitational axis for the construction of a worldview of the universe and of man. Then studies its significance in metaphysical structuring, legal philosophy, the elaboration of principles of space activity, spiritual dimension of man and the study of “the possible”.
