El estudio multidimensional de la espiritualidad y religiosidad en el lugar de trabajo

Abstract

Spirituality and Religiosity have a positive influence on Ethical Decision Making (TDE). However, academics from these three fields of study have noted the need for complementary and multidimensional analysis between the concepts Spirituality and Religiosity, which does not exist until now in research. To help bridge this gap in science, we develop a conceptual model that incorporates dimensions and factors that measure the complementary and multidimensional approach of spirituality and religiosity as an initial contribution towards more complete Faith studies in the TDE field. With this model we analyzed the instruments of Spirituality and Religiosity measurement used for the TDE field, finding the partiality of consideration of dimensions and approaches within measuring instruments.
