Abstract

Relations between an atomic conception of the matter and the presence of Christ in the Eucharist offer an analytical richness for the understanding of the interactions between Science and Theology, both at theoretical and institutional levels. Through the following lines, we will try to make a historical sketch of the different positions that emerged from this corpuscular theory and the Eucharistic theological reflections of the Catholic Church.
