Abstract

The relationship between science and religion has varied historically. Through the European questionnaire BIOHEAD-CITIZEN was analyzed the perception of the students of the course of Biological Sciences and Pedagogy regarding the separation between science and religion. Majority, Pedagogy students agree on the separation of scientific content from religion. On the other hand, most Biological Sciences students believe in a dialogue between the two fields. It is understood that science has its own concrete methods, while religion seeks moral support, it is abstract, and is not subject to methodological confirmation, therefore they are distinct and valiant views of the world.
